Dance has always been a part of my life. I took classes at Sandra Marie's School of Ballet in my hometown of Melrose, MA. I danced with DanceWorks during my time at Syracuse University. I was a member of Tribe, The Dance Company, while I was living in Boston. And now I am the Marketing and PR Manager at Joy of Motion Dance Center in DC.

Not everyone is lucky enough to have the opportunity to dance; but by donating just $10 on November 9th, 2011 to Joy of Motion Dance Center, you can really make a difference. Your small contribution can help us win our share of $100,000 in cash awards during Give to the Max Day. A prize like that can go a long way in supporting our outreach initiatives including Step Ahead, a free summer dance training and job skills program for DC teens, and Seniors in Motion, which provides free interactive classes for senior citizens.
